[The City of Stockbridge] Food Truck Tuesday Alcoholic Beverage Vendor Application

Please read the following carefully:

Approved applicants will be selected based on event and availability. If weather becomes a factor, the event will not be canceled until the actual day of the event. You will then be contacted by a City official to let you know of any changes/cancellations. All vendors affected by "rain dates" will only be offered an alternate date -- NO REFUNDS.

Vendors are NOT allowed to leave their booth unattended. You may only be 3 feet from your booth at any given time.

If you have paid to be a vendor and do not attend, you will be considered a "No Show" and will NOT receive your money back nor an alternate date.

If you have paid to be a vendor and cancel 24 hours prior to the event, you will NOT receive your money back nor an alternate date.

If you have paid to be a vendor and cancel 48 hours in advance, you will only receive an alternate date to attend -- NO REFUNDS.

If weather becomes a factor, the event will NOT be canceled until the actual day of the event. You will be contacted by a City official to let you know of any changes/cancellations. All vendors

affected by "rain dates" will only be offered an alternate date -- NO REFUNDS.

If a vendor is caught selling product(s) that were not approved on the vendor application or by event staff, then the vendor will be considered in violation and possible removal from events.

If a vendor is rude or disrespectful to the public, event staff or other vendors they will be removed from the event.

Please note: Vendors who are rude, disrespectful, do not follow application rules, or cancel with less than 36 hours’ notice without valid reason will be put on suspension or no longer allowed to attend city events under certain circumstances.
